Bank & ATMs
Banks are open 10 a.m to 2 p.m from Monday to Friday, except on public holidays. The nearest banks & ATMs are located in the Ubud center.
Bicycles
Cycling around Ubud is another favorite “things to do” to explore the area. Bicycles are available at the lobby. You can ride by your own or we can help you arrange a cycling tour around the area.
Car or Motorbike Rental
You are welcome to hire a car or motorbike with or without the driver, which will be assisted by our Guest Service Assistant in order to smooth en your transfer or private tour in the island. To keep in mind when hiring a car or motorbike only requires a International Driving License.
Check In/Check Out Time
Check in is at 2 p.m and check out time policy is at 12 p.m. However, if your scheduled departure does not coincide with our check out time, please contact the reception in advance in order to check the opportunity of having a late check-out otherwise, a half-day charge may be incurred.
Currency Exchange
The reception is available for any foreign currency exchanges to local Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) with a convenient and secure service.

Electricity Supply
Power plugs in the room are 220 volts. The government electricity supply in Bali is erratic. An alternative modern generator to ensure constant power is fully equipped to replace in any case of electricity outage; a few second break in supply may occur during the auto power transition process.

Electric Mosquito Repellent
As we are in tropical island, we are expect some mosquito in the resort. If you need to use the mosquito repellent, it is available in the wardrobe

Located at the upper level of the new meeting room across the river, the gym is equipped with state-of-the-art advanced technology equipment, which keeps up your fitness routine and to guarantee an effective and healthy approach to workout.

Each room is equipped with an electric hair dryer which is located in the wardrobe.
Housekeeping
Cleaning services are offered twice a day between 8 a.m and 4 p.m, and continued by turndown service between 6 p.m to 9 p.m. If its preferably to make up the room at a specific time, requesting for extra pillows, blankets and additional room supplies are available to be delivered to your room. Internet, E-Mail Access & Facilities
Any tablets, laptops, and smart phones can connect through the wireless Internet connection. Please kindly note that the connection speed can be disturbed or up and down due to the source of the network providers in Indonesia is relatively slow.
Keys
For your safety and convenience, we recommend you to leave the room key at the reception when leaving the hotel.
Laundry Service
For dry cleaning or valet laundry requests, the laundry bag and the price list form are provided in the wardrobe as it will be picked it up by housekeeping team during daytime service or you are free to schedule the pick up by contacting our Reception “0” and will be expectedly returned the next day.
Lost and Found
Report immediately to the reception for any loss belongings, every effort will be made to assist the searching.

Room Security
Make sure all doors are properly locked whenever you leave the room. Before going to the bed, lock your doors by turning the turn-screw on the door handle. Do not admit any stranger into your room; any suspicious person should be reported to the Reception, dial “0”.
Safety Deposit Boxes
Individual electronic safe is available in the room and also available at the front desk. We highly recommend you to store and lock all your valuables in the safety box, as the hotel will not be responsible for the loss of any belongings.

Meeting Room
Wapa meeting room is suitably designed to accommodate up to 70 pax with the seating option of theater, classroom, round table, and U-shape style for training, seminars, small conferences, senior level meetings or exclusive product launches. The tropical garden view and the natural sunlight enhance the additional refreshing atmosphere while the meeting is being held. The touch of sophisticated Balinese style of art, the high glass windows, and wooden floor add its comfort for professional business. Definitely, high-speed WIFI access and other business equipment are provided on request.

Swimming Pools
At Wapa di Ume Ubud, guests can have their pure relaxation at both two swimming pools spread throughout east and west wing grounds. Each pool has its own photography signatures and unique angles, which would be the endless reasons for all guests to stay longer in the water.
Wapa Main Pool
Nestled at the end of the east wing next to the Ume Spa, guests could indulge themselves; relax in the cooling shade beside the two-level swimming pool set amidst to the lush tropical natures. This would give the opportunity to feel the cool breeze while laying down, sunbathing, or reading books on the day beds under the shade of palm trees along with the sound of the waterfall from the upper level infinity pool. *For any assistance, please dial “2”.
Infinity Pool
Walking across the bridge to the west wing area where Wapa Lounge is located, the resort’s Infinity Pool compliments the panoramic rainforest view out over the Woosan River overlooking the tropical coconut and palm trees. The pool gives a unique sensation as it appears to be suspended above the treetops; and blended harmoniously with nature. Having its pure bliss ambiance, this pool can definitely be another option to soak up the sun, or simply chill out in the shade under one of the umbrellas with the chosen drink or snacks on the side. *The pool bar is available at the Wapa Lounge.

Gratuities are shared equally among all the hotel staff. We do not encourage gratuities to individual member of staff. Should you wish to leave any tips, please put it in an envelope and leave it at the Reception.

The class is practically divided into various levels from beginner to advance but mostly will be focused on the beginner level.
